Conscious Observer Protocol
Veto distinguishes between two modes of being. The Unconscious Observer reacts directly to the 'outside': a neighbor dumps trash on their property, so they grab a weapon and escalate the fight. They are trying to change the external 'perimeter,' believing the external caused the anger. The Conscious Observer, when faced with the exact same situation, immediately asks: 'What is in me that caused this reaction in my neighbor?' They search inside and find a pre-existing judgment: 'Yesterday I thought his kids were stupid, I judged his wife's clothes, I criticized his parking.' This internal judgment was the energetic 'cause' that the Matrix (a 'simple, almost stupid device') then faithfully rendered as the neighbor's aggressive action. The protocol is to then mentally dissolve this judgment. When the internal resistance is gone, the external reality must change. In his anecdotal example, the moment he did this, the neighbor rang the doorbell with a bottle to apologize. This is not 'positive thinking'; it's forensic emotional self-investigation.
The 'Matrix' (the holographic rendering mechanism) is a 'trivial device' that simply mirrors your inner dogmas and resistances back to you to legitimize them. Judgment is a form of energy (intention) projected outward via the morphic field, which then organizes matter (the neighbor's actions) to fulfill the energetic demand.
When I perceived this process in myself and realized how trivial the game is, I was simply stunned. It is so trivial that once I understood the neighbor's trash was my judgment, the neighbor came with a bottle to apologize.
The conscious observer in this experience... asks themselves the question: 'What is it in me that caused the reaction in this neighbor that it caused.'
