Sauna Detox Session
Czerniak bases this protocol on his sweat analysis study. He emphasizes that the skin is a major excretory organ, and that metals are eliminated in sweat. The warm rinse and wiping are critical: cold water could cause pores to close and metals to be reabsorbed. He also notes that the sauna should be hot enough to cause significant sweating; 60°C dry sauna fails to do this. The protocol can be adapted for those with kidney failure who cannot rely on urinary excretion.
Heat induces profuse sweating, which carries heavy metals (cadmium, lead, nickel, aluminum, etc.) out through the skin. Cooling without cold water prevents vasoconstriction that might trap excreted metals on the skin surface.
He conducted the sweat study and observed the results firsthand, though he does not describe his own sauna routine in detail.
uważam że takie owe cykle w saunie i tyle samo poza sauną trzeba się ochłodzić tylko nie spłukiwać się wodą a najwyżej ciepłym prysznicem się olać i wytrzeć żeby metale nie wracały
