Daily Meditation of Identification with Life/Light/Love/Health
Nacht learned this after his spiritual awakening with Christ. He says we have the right to identify with anything in the universe, like shamans identifying with a jaguar, but he chose to identify with love. The meditations are affirmations that you actually feel, not just recite. He says, 'I am life, eternally flowing light. Light shines in the darkness. I am love in action. I am a wave of health. Everything I look upon turns into a health field.' By doing this, you stop being a 'genetic biorobot' and remember you are a user of the body. He claims that as a result, he stopped smoking and drinking not because he fights an urge, but because the identification with a higher self removes the need. He still acknowledges he could do those things anytime, but doesn't want to. The ultimate goal is to live as the identification, not just repeat it mechanically.
He explains that neurons have pathways; by repeatedly focusing on these positive identifications, you physically rewire your brain (neuroplasticity), creating new default states. The old pathways related to addiction and identification with external labels weaken. This is a psychosomatic approach he calls 'holopatyczna', aiming at balance rather than curing.
He says: 'I quit smoking cigarettes long ago, I no longer drink alcohol. So what do you live for, Roman? Right? I can at any moment smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, light a joint, and to the collection add some body there. But if I don't do it, it means I don't need to.' He also says that when he looks at his patients this way, it turns them into a 'health field'.
I am eternally flowing life, not I am a Jew with a long nose. I am life. So what will happen through such meditation? Do we thus rekindle that state? That is, we connect with our true self.
