Taco Bell Modified Cantina Bowl
Mike visits Taco Bell and orders the Cantina Bowl, which normally comes with rice, beans, chicken, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and a cream sauce. He modifies it heavily: easy cheese, easy rice, no sauces, and extra chicken. He also scrapes off the guacamole due to his autism-related aversion to tomato and onion pieces. The final macros are approximately 30g protein, 50g carbs, and 20g fat. He scores it 6.5/10 on macros because while protein is decent, carbs and fat are still higher than ideal. Taste gets a 5—edible but not something he'd seek out. Value is an 8 at $11, making it a cheap protein source. He concludes that Taco Bell is better suited for indulgent, drunk/high meals than macro-friendly eating, but in a pinch it works.
He scrapes off the guac on camera, explaining his sensory issues, and eats the bowl, commenting on the dry, unexciting taste.
This is roughly 30 g of protein, which tracks 50 g of carbs or so. And now with the guac removed, probably about 20 g of fat.
