1

The natural state of man is bliss, and food often takes more energy than it gives and serves mainly to suppress emotions – the pranic process (21 days without food, 7 days without drinking) teaches the body to nourish itself with inner light.

2

Radical forgiveness is not forgiveness, but a deep understanding that everyone acts from their own programming, and cleansing relationships can be achieved through practices like Hoʻoponopono (4 phrases) or the Sedona Method.

3

Systematic cleaning of the subconscious – e.g., writing down affirmations with negative counter-thoughts or cutting off from ancestral loyalty with gratitude – allows you to change deep patterns and reflect the inner change outwardly (resonance).

4

The hundredth monkey effect shows that a critical mass (square root of 1% of the population) of people practicing meditation or inner peace is enough to influence the collective consciousness and lower, for example, crime rates.

The practice of looking at the sun (Sun Gazing)

WhatDaily looking directly at the sun at sunrise or sunset, standing barefoot on bare earth, starting from 10 seconds and increasing by 10 s daily up to 44 minutes.
WhenOnly in the morning up to an hour after sunrise or in the evening up to an hour before sunset; not twice a day.
DoseDay 1: 10 s, day 2: 20 s, etc. target 44 min (approx. 270 days). In winter, alternatively through a window (indoors). Feet on bare earth (not grass).
For whomHealthy individuals wanting to improve eyesight and explore light nourishment; requires access to bare earth and the appropriate time.
WhyStimulation of the pineal gland, improvement of eyesight, absorption of solar prana, energy flow through the earth.
CaveatsOnly during safe hours (never in full sun); in winter it is difficult outside due to cold and cloud cover; one must follow instructions to avoid damaging the eyes.

Berdowicz presented this protocol as part of practices around light nourishment. His healthy eyesight improved precisely thanks to sun gazing. He emphasized that people are afraid of looking at the sun, but if the rules are followed, it is beneficial. The protocol requires consistency: even if we miss days, we continue from where we left off. Polish winter and changeable weather make it difficult to reach 44 min, so one must be patient. The recommendation of bare earth, not grass, is crucial for the energy flow.

Mechanism

Berdowicz claims that sunlight received in this way regenerates eyesight (confirmed by his own experience) and that energy flows through bare feet from the earth, synchronizing the body with the rhythm of nature. A concept based on the pranic theory of nourishment.

Personal experience

At that time, my eyesight improved. Because of this, people think that looking at the sun damages eyesight. However, if we look in a special way, then eyesight improves.

We start with 10 seconds only in the morning and evening... We must stand with bare feet on bare earth, not on grass, it has to be bare earth so there is a flow of energy.

Also said
“In Poland, accumulating those minutes up to 44 minutes is also difficult... once we exceed half an hour, we look at the sun in the evening, and then after 20 minutes clouds come... it's no longer the same quality.”— Practical difficulty and alternative solution (through a window).
“We can look through clouds, because the radiation also works through clouds, but I always preferred it to be safer through a window.”— Option for difficult weather conditions.

Pranic process (21 days without food and drink)

What21-day practice of not eating: first 7 days without food, drink, and bathing; next 14 days with drinking; according to the book 'Living on Light' by Just Muhin.
WhenOnce, as an initiation into a lifestyle without food (inedia) or a deep cleansing reset before returning to light eating.
Dose21 days: 7 days dry (no fluids, meals, washing), 14 days with drinking (water?).
For whomSpiritually advanced, determined individuals, preferably living alone, without family and social stimuli, who want to radically switch to a different lifestyle.
WhyCleanses the body of toxins, resets the subconscious, teaches the body that pranic nourishment is possible, proves that food is not necessary for life.
CaveatsExtreme; not for beginners; being around other people can activate hunger and make the process impossible; after the process, one must be resistant to the emotional 'stress eating' of others; prior spiritual practices (e.g., Kriya Yoga) are recommended.

Berdowicz discovered this lifestyle after reading the book 'Living on Light'. He performed the entire process according to the instructions. The first 7 days are a complete dry fast and no external contact with water, which has an intense cleansing effect. Then drinking is added. He emphasized that living alone makes it easier – contact with people who emit their emotions and patterns causes the 'pranic nourisher' to absorb their problems and feel hunger. He returned to eating after a few months, deciding it was not yet the right time, but he became a vegetarian.

Mechanism

Based on the assumption that man is a self-nourishing perpetuum mobile, programmed by the environment to need food. The pranic process cleanses the body and subconscious, removing the belief in the necessity of food. At the same time, it shows that food is used to suppress emotions, thus freeing one from the addiction.

Personal experience

I did everything according to the book... After some time, after a few months, I slowly returned to eating and decided that it was not yet the time. However, I remained not eating meat, because that's how I felt then.

The pranic process serves to smoothly go through certain cleansing processes of the body and... to convince oneself, one's subconscious, to sort of reset.

Also said
“Someone who nourishes themselves pranically is like a sponge. They must be truly determined and... already heavily practicing in various spiritual fields to be able to separate themselves from other people's problems.”— Warning about the necessity of isolation from the emotional contamination of others.
“If you cleanse the body, the subconscious also gets cleansed. If we cleanse all that, we reprogram ourselves through this process, then our body knows that it is possible.”— Mechanism of reprogramming the subconscious through physical cleansing.

Sedona Method – releasing emotional baggage

WhatA method of systematically releasing suppressed emotions by recalling past situations, feeling the charge, and deciding to release it.
WhenDaily introspective practice, especially when feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
DoseNo rigid framework; Levenson achieved a state of unity after about a month. Sessions last according to needs.
For whomPeople with a large emotional charge, looking for a simple method of cleansing without complicated rituals.
WhyRemoves emotional blockages, restores the natural state of bliss, leads to deep self-knowledge and can result in an experience of unity.
CaveatsRequires knowledge of instructions (courses, online materials); intense releases can be surprising; it is worth having the support of a practitioner.

Berdowicz recounts the story of Lester Levenson, a 42-year-old businessman who was given a few months to live due to illnesses (ulcers, cancer). Instead of giving up, he locked himself in his apartment and began meditating on his life, releasing emotions. After a month, he spontaneously experienced union with the universe (samadhi). Knowing nothing about spirituality, he later created the simplified Sedona Method, which helps others achieve a similar release. Berdowicz considers it his favorite, but did not give a detailed protocol, suggesting it is available in courses and online.

Mechanism

Berdowicz describes Levenson's discovery: he was happy only when he gave love, not chasing after it. Releasing charges from the past removes energetic blockages and restores the original unity with the universe. It is a process of 'shedding ballast' that in itself leads to inner light.

Personal experience

This is my favorite method. I also discovered it around that time.

He was happy in life only when he gave love. However, when he chased after love, when he wanted others to love him, then he was constantly unhappy.

Also said
“After about a month of shedding this emotional ballast, he suddenly experienced union with the universe. He did not know the word samadhi then. He described what it was like.”— Shows the scale of the method's effect without prior spiritual knowledge.

Cleansing the subconscious by writing affirmations with counter-thoughts

WhatOn a sheet of paper with a vertical line in the middle, on the left side write an affirmation (e.g., 'I am rich'), on the right – what the subconscious 'throws up' (e.g., 'What the hell are you talking about?'). Repeat until the resistance disappears.
WhenDaily for a few days with the same affirmation, until nothing appears; can be used for many purposes.
DoseSeveral dozen repetitions per session; daily, until negative reactions are exhausted (even after several days).
For whomAnyone who wants to change deeply rooted beliefs (financial, relational) and understand why affirmations don't work.
WhyBrings hidden beliefs to the surface, gives them acknowledgment, which allows them to be released – instead of covering them up with affirmations like dirt under the carpet.
CaveatsRequires honesty and acknowledging unpleasant thoughts; the affirmation must be specified (rich in what?); does not give immediate results – it is a process.

Berdowicz gives an example: left side: 'I am rich'. Right side: 'What the hell are you talking about?' 'Bullshit.' etc. Each time, another layer of resistance is brought out. After several dozen repetitions and after a few days, when nothing more comes out, the subconscious is cleansed. He points out that once is not enough – you need to check what appears the next day. This method can be expanded by specifying the goal (rich in money, in travel, in friends) and visualization. He emphasizes that without this 'cleaning', affirmations alone are ineffective.

Mechanism

Analogy of cleaning the house: first we pull the dirt out from under the carpets, then we throw it away, finally we put flowers. Writing down a negative thought is acknowledging it – the subconscious stops suppressing it. Repetition removes resistance, and as a result, the affirmation becomes an inner truth and begins to resonate outwardly.

Personal experience

I once came up with something like this... At first, a person writes it down, with time... after many weeks it's no longer necessary. You just feel where it throws up resistance.

Affirmations alone. It's like starting to bring nice things into the house without cleaning it first. But the dirt is still there.

Also said
“I take a sheet of paper, draw a vertical line in the middle and write some affirmation on the left... What does my mind do? And then I focus on myself, on what my subconscious throws up to the surface.”— Step-by-step instruction.
“Since it has been written down, it means it has been acknowledged. Such a thing is for that given second.”— Psychological mechanism of acknowledgment that releases.

Cutting off from ancestral loyalty with gratitude

WhatA mental ritual in which you thank your ancestors for life and all the good things, and then declare that you do not want to continue their model of life (e.g., poverty, hard work), choosing your own path.
WhenWhen we want to break deep family patterns, especially in matters of finances, career, relationships.
DoseOne-time or periodically; you can visualize a conversation with ancestors. Repeat on the occasion of important changes.
For whomPeople who feel they are repeating the financial or life history of their family despite attempts to change.
WhyThe subconscious holds onto ancestral patterns as 'proven' paths of survival, which blocks change. By freeing ourselves with gratitude, we open up to new programs.
CaveatsAuthentic gratitude is key, not resentment; it's not about rejecting ancestors, but their pattern, which also burdened them; ancestors (even deceased) would supposedly support our success.

Berdowicz discusses this in the context of the goal of being a millionaire. If there was poverty in the family, we carry that energy. 'Loyalty to ancestors' makes us replicate this pattern, because they lived that way and gave us life. You need to thank them for life and the good things, and then clearly state that you are cutting off from their model, because they – as loving beings – would want better for us. He mentions that there are materials on YouTube explaining this process in detail.

Mechanism

It involves remodeling family loyalty in the morphogenetic field – the subconscious gets the message that it no longer has to imitate suffering, because survival is possible another way. It adds psychological consent to success.

You need to break with something like loyalty to ancestors... thank them for giving you life... However, the model of life they had, you state that you do not want to continue it.

Also said
“If there was generational poverty in our family, we brought exactly that from the family... it is a way of survival.”— Explains the psychological mechanism.

Radical forgiveness as understanding, not forgiveness

Berdowicz distinguishes common forgiveness from radical forgiveness, which is based on understanding that everyone hurts others because they themselves are hurt and programmed. It's not about forgiving the perpetrator, but about freeing oneself from the charge.

Why this matters: Shifts the emphasis from the moral duty to forgive to a practical tool for regaining inner peace.

Background

Traditional forgiveness is often understood as pardoning guilt, which can be difficult and leave resentment.

Berdowicz relies on a metaphor from the book 'Conversations with God': two souls in heavenly bliss agree that one will hurt the other to give it an experience. On Earth, the hurt one feels pain, but if it understands that it was its own wish, it can free itself from blame. He adds that 'hurt people hurt people' – the wounded wound, so by understanding the perpetrator's programs, we stop being a victim. Radical forgiveness is a selfish act for one's own comfort: 'I forgive for myself'.

Radical forgiveness is not forgiveness, it is understanding in both directions. It is understanding that someone, whom we think hurt us, to such an extent that we let it go from ourselves.

Also said
“Hurt people, hurt people, meaning wounded people wound people. Someone who was once hurt manifests that wounding outwardly, because that's what they know.”— Explains the source of aggression as an effect of one's own wounds, which facilitates understanding the perpetrator.
“I, let's say, forgive not for him, but for myself. Normally, selfishly, for myself, for my comfort.”— Specifies the intention – not altruism, but care for one's own well-being.

Food as an emotional drug

Food, besides its nutritional function, serves as a means of numbing emotions, analogous to alcohol or shopping addiction. People 'eat away' their problems.

Why this matters: A radical statement that undermines the fundamental belief in the necessity of food and points to the psychological basis of hunger.

Background

It is commonly believed that food is essential for life and provides energy.

Berdowicz argues that in the pranic process, he discovered that food takes more energy than it provides, and that it is an 'addiction' used to avoid feeling psychological pain. He compared it to people in depression taking pills – food also changes the state of consciousness. He pointed out that in interpersonal contacts, when energies interpenetrate, sensitive people may feel hunger because of others' problems, which makes pranic nourishment difficult. That is precisely why returning to the community after a pranic period often means returning to eating.

Personal experience

He remained not eating meat after the pranic process, because he 'did not feel such a need'.

Food in many cases takes more energy than it gives... it is a drug, it is an addiction of a certain type, which serves to numb emotions.

Also said
“Man is like a perpetuum mobile. He is a self-nourishing being.”— Undermines the necessity of external food, pointing to an internal source of energy.

Spirituality vs religion – opposite poles

Berdowicz unequivocally sets spirituality and religion as opposites, considering religion to be an institutionalized and often hacked version of original spiritual teachings.

Why this matters: A controversial thesis for people identifying religion with spirituality, suggesting that religious structures distort the original message.

Background

Many people perceive religion as a path to God and a spiritual path.

Berdowicz explains that he met a few deeply spiritual priests, but they are usually marginalized by the institution because they do not generate income. He claims that most religions arose from the teachings of spiritual teachers, which were transformed into systems of control and making money 'under the cover'. He quotes a spiritual master's saying: 'It is a blessing to be born in a given religion, it would be a curse to die in it', which means the need for conscious choice, not mindlessly replicating a program.

Spirituality, religion are opposite things.

Also said
“Many founders of religions... taught in antiquity and later that something was transformed into a religion, institutionalized. And then that spiritual direction was spoiled. That is, someone simply hacked their system so that it would not be for the good of people.”— Clarifies the mechanism of degeneration of spiritual teachings into institutions.

Collective consciousness – the hundredth monkey effect and group meditations

According to Berdowicz, when a sufficient number of individuals (square root of 1% of the population) systematically meditate or immerse themselves in inner peace, it affects the behavior of the entire population, e.g., a drop in crime.

Why this matters: Connects individual practice with global impact, based on the concept of the hundredth monkey effect and research cited by Gregg Braden.

Background

Collective consciousness is sometimes perceived abstractly; here he gives a concrete mechanism and examples.

Berdowicz describes an experiment in an American city where the meditation of a group of several dozen/hundred people correlated with a statistical drop in crime. He emphasizes that the square root of 1% of a given population (for 8 billion people, that's a few thousand) systematically practicing is enough to change the world. He also introduces the concept of programming by the media (Hollywood as 'holy wood' – the magic wand of the Druids), suggesting that films and series (e.g., Netflix) deliberately shape trends, often in a distorted way, so he advises avoiding Netflix.

If at a given moment we systematically do this, the world will change.

Also said
“The minimum amount is the square root of 1%, meaning if there are 8 billion people... it comes out to probably literally a few thousand people.”— Specifies the critical mass threshold for collective transformation.

The inner witness – knowing oneself as being nobody

After an ayahuasca ceremony, Berdowicz experienced a complete disappearance of personality – only an impersonal witness looking through the body remained. He discovered that words cannot express who we really are.

Why this matters: A personal, deep experience illustrating the essence of 'know thyself' and showing that true identity is beyond the mind and labels.

Background

In spiritual development, one often strives to understand 'who I am', but it remains on an intellectual level.

Berdowicz recounted that during ayahuasca, his name, history, everything disappeared – he felt 'silence, total silence, zero thoughts'. When participants asked 'Alex, are you there?', he didn't know who they were talking to. He understood that the question 'who am I' is pointless, because the answer cannot be put into words. This state lasted a day and a half, and he had to perform every movement consciously – 'savoring every moment'. Joe Dispenza talks about being nobody and that is precisely the return to authentic nature after removing all personality overlays.

Personal experience

I had silence inside me, total silence, zero thoughts, it lasted a day and a half... I took a chair, sat in front of a white wall... I was in bliss.

I simply understood that this witness, who is in this body, what speaks through this body, moves this body... After all, who I am cannot be said in words.

Amanita muscaria (Fly agaric / 'Polish ayahuasca')

Supplement

Berdowicz mentions it as an interesting thing – a Polish equivalent of ayahuasca, suggesting to look for information.

He speaks of it in the context of other experiences with plant medicines. He does not elaborate on the description, but emphasizes that it is worth looking for information.

A cool thing is the fly agaric mushroom. That's for... the so-called Polish ayahuasca. Those who don't yet know what it's about, let them look for information on the subject.

The book that started his spiritual path; he read it in 2-3 days and immediately went to a Kriya Yoga seminar.

Berdowicz got this book after finding the title in another book. He says he immediately felt: 'this is something for me'. This shows its key importance.

Conversations with God – Neale Donald Walsch

Book

Berdowicz invoked the metaphor of two souls on earth to illustrate radical forgiveness and the idea that we are creators of our experiences.

Helps understand that souls before incarnation can agree to difficult roles out of love, which brings relief from the feeling of being wronged.

This was also beautifully expressed in Welsh's book Conversations with God. He has a super metaphor here.
