Prefer natural substances over patented drugs
Czerniak criticizes pharmaceutical companies for taking natural compounds, modifying them to obtain a patent, and selling them at 100 times the price. He points out that academic drugs have long lists of side effects while natural products do not. He extends this to the principle of 'primum non nocere,' saying that modern medicine has lost sight of 'first, do no harm.' He contrasts his mother's teachings and his own clinical experience where natural methods succeeded when academic medicine couldn't help.
He explains that all living organisms have enzymes and proteins designed to process substances found in nature. When a synthetic radical is inserted, the body lacks the enzymatic pathway to metabolize it, causing adverse reactions. Natural products do not have this problem because they are 'original' and fully compatible. This is why they have minimal side effects.
He recounts how his mother, a doctor, used natural methods like iridology and apitherapy to pull people out of diseases that mainstream medicine could not handle, and he himself as a doctor achieved higher professional rates because of his effectiveness with such methods.
wszystko co jest naturalne mają enzym białka do przerabiania tego co jest w naturze to co jest wynaturzone nie mamy do tego enzymów i stąd się biorą te wszystkie powikłania ta cała wielka lista działań niepożądanych
