Affirmation Repetition (morning & pre-sleep)
Adelaide used this method herself during her recovery from depression. She repeated affirmations for the life she wanted (traveling the world and getting paid for it), and after about 12 months she manifested a job on an international cruise ship. However, she noted that she never knew which affirmations actually ‘stuck’ in the subconscious. The process is like learning to walk — lots of falling and getting up. She later considered this akin to eating soup with a fork: possible, but inefficient. She still acknowledges its value as a starting point, especially when combined with meditation and other routines.
I repeated affirmations 100 times in the morning and 100 times before falling asleep, because then the subconscious is most receptive. I started seeing effects, but I never knew if they were truly embedded or not.
I repeated it 100 times in the morning, 100 times in the evening. 100 times before falling asleep, because then the subconscious is most receptive.
