1

Jan Pospieszalski claims that the COVID‑19 pandemic did not really exist – it was a staged operation driven by Gates organizations, and the NIK data and PCR test errors confirm this.

2

He presents shocking stories of young women who physically and mentally mutilated themselves after "transitions," and exposes the "gender affirmation" system as insensitive to trauma, leading to irreversible harm.

3

He reveals that German ministries finance organizations in Poland promoting gender ideology (tranzycja.pl) and blocking the Turów mine (Frank Bold), and that no Pole sits on the board of Greenpeace Poland.

4

He unveils the religious‑political context of extinguishing the Hanukkah candles in the Sejm – under the candelabra stood a portrait of the Chabad‑Lubavitch rabbi, a sect with racist views, which changes the meaning of Braun's gesture.

It's worth talking – don't give up on dialogue even with opponents

WhatTo conduct open debate with people of different views, assuming their good will. To avoid closing oneself in a bubble and self‑censorship out of fear of offending someone.
WhenAlways, especially when there is a temptation to withdraw from difficult topics.
For whomJournalists, commentators, every citizen.
WhyOnly honest dialogue, based on facts and arguments, allows the search for truth and prevents radicalization ("annihilation" of the opponent).
CaveatsDialogue loses meaning when the other side has no good intentions and only wants to manipulate.

Pospieszalski cites the murder of an American activist ("crazy Kirk"), who invited people to debate and was killed – this is an example that giving up conversation leads to violence. He stresses that even when the media accused him of bias, he never denied a voice to guests with different views, as long as they approached the conversation honestly. In his opinion, the attitude of "I won't hurt you with the truth" is a madhouse that paralyzes public debate and science.

Personal experience

For 21 years he hosted the program "Warto rozmawiać"; he lost it on TVP after airing an episode critical of the pandemic government, but he doesn't regret it.

dialogue is possible when both sides recognize a certain honesty in their approach to the meeting. … the moment the meeting aims at manipulation … then such a meeting is pointless.

“It's worth talking. In my opinion, it's worth talking.”— A simple motto.

Defend the truth regardless of the listeners' comfort

WhatNot to give up facts just because they might offend someone. To reveal one's views even if it risks ostracism.
WhenIn the media, at university, among friends – everywhere where political correctness enforces silence.
For whomEveryone who has something important to say, especially journalists and academic teachers.
WhyProtecting someone else's comfort at the expense of truth leads to falsifying reality, infantilizing society, and losing the ability to soberly assess threats.
CaveatsOne must be prepared for the consequences – job loss, lawsuits, hate.

He talks about studies at American universities where the majority of students decided that a lecturer should not present the truth if it might violate someone's well‑being – he compares it to a "madhouse" where, for example, flat‑Earth supporters block the teaching of Copernicus. In his opinion, the "snowflake" generation is so unresilient that it demands censorship itself. This phenomenon leads to the self‑paralysis of entire societies.

Personal experience

He himself lost his program on TVP for his views; he doesn't regret it, because thanks to that his podcast and book were created.

if someone is … am I suddenly, because of an alleged or imaginary reason of protecting someone's comfort, supposed to give up the truth because someone might feel bad?

Also said
“in studies at American universities, the majority of students … were in favor of the idea that if a lecturer … is to … investigate … the truth … If this might offend and violate the comfort or well‑being of students, then he is exempt from revealing that truth”— A concrete example of pathology.

Strengthen the large family – a natural school of socialization

WhatCreating and supporting families with three or more children; providing them with financial and social support. Raising in an atmosphere of requirements, boundaries, and community.
WhenIn social policy and personal decisions.
For whomParents, social policy makers.
WhyChildren in large families learn cooperation, negotiation, responsibility; natural rivalry teaches fighting for one's own but also making concessions. This builds social capital that pays off with resilience in adult life.
CaveatsIt requires parents to set boundaries and a value system; it's not just about the number of children, but about the quality of relationships.

Pospieszalski, coming from a family of nine siblings, recounts that as a child he was selfish – he fought for his mother's attention. But it was precisely these frictions, shared games, the necessity of sharing and cooperation that produced competencies that only children lack today. He cites an anecdote about his son, who, after two older children left for the countryside, stated that he didn't rest because the youngest daughter demanded the parents' attention, whereas normally the siblings occupy each other. He also describes contemporary large families (e.g., the Elbanowskis with 11 children) – he sees the same healthy mechanisms in them. In contrast, he tells the story of a friend Dorota, who worked for wealthy German families: the third generation of heirs, despite enormous fortunes, was spoiled, without ambition, on medication, and without lasting relationships – because from childhood they got everything without effort.

Mechanism

Competitive‑cooperative socialization in a natural peer group (siblings) teaches empathy, frustration tolerance, and alliance‑building skills – key competencies for functioning in society.

Personal experience

One of nine siblings; he observed how his youngest sister Elka at the age of 3‑4 was furious when the mother fed the younger brother – because all the attention wasn't on her. He himself has adult children and grandchildren.

Children are naturally selfish. … I want to have mommy only for myself. … this element of working on oneself, the element of demanding from oneself is a very important factor.

Also said
“when we were bored, we started inventing cool organized things. Whether some kind of theater, or games … recreating adult situations, for example playing in a brass band.”— Creativity born from boredom and the group.

Protect children from gender ideology – check who the educators are

WhatTo monitor content and people having contact with children (at school, extracurricular activities) to protect them from the affirmation of trans ideology without verifying the causes of psychological discomfort.
WhenEspecially during adolescence, when children are susceptible to influences.
For whomParents, guardians, teachers.
WhyThe gender affirmation system ignores traumas (e.g., sexual violence) and without an environmental interview pushes young people into irreversible pharmacological and surgical mutilations. The pandemic and isolation online intensified this phenomenon.
CaveatsIt's not about discriminating against transgender people, but about reliable diagnostics and protection against hasty decisions.

A story about a Krakow girl who, during the pandemic, met a trans person preparing her for exams – this person pulled her into an affirming environment. The girl, to get a diagnosis, lied in the interview ("since childhood I played with cars"), and the clinic didn't check this or contact the family. Pospieszalski advises parents to be vigilant: know the child's friends, talk about what they watch online, don't be afraid to set boundaries, and in case of doubt seek independent psychological help.

Personal experience

He personally met Magdalena, who was disfigured by transition and regrets it; her interview was an emotional shock for him.

it was enough to dig inside and reach the causes of this and the girl wouldn't have made herself unhappy. today … medically … what happened is irreversible.

Also said
“everything was made up and they, without an environmental interview, without confrontation with the family … pushed her into it”— An example of clinical negligence.

Don't regulate "hate speech" – defense of freedom of speech

WhatTo oppose vague legal definitions of "hate speech" because they become a tool of political repression. Instead of punishing, discuss.
WhenIn the legislative process and in public discourse.
For whomLawmakers, citizens.
WhyThe term "hate speech" is too broad – it can be abused to silence inconvenient voices without a court, e.g., by fact‑checkers. An example is a pensioner from Radom harassed for criticizing Owsiak.
CaveatsHe doesn't support hate speech, but fears that regulations will fall into the wrong hands.

Pospieszalski refers to countries where police at 6 a.m. take people "guilty" of hate speech from their homes and electronics are confiscated. In Poland in 2021, services visited an elderly woman for a post about Jerzy Owsiak. He believes that behind the word "regulation" come bans, and with the current government ("irresponsible people") this tool would be used against the opposition. Therefore, instead of banning, one must "talk" – which is his motto.

I am afraid of the word regulation. Behind the word regulation come bans … accusation of hate speech. It is such a broad term and so undefined that later you will have to … appeal to bodies that will decide for us what this hate speech is.

Also said
“even in Poland, accusing Jurek Owsiak of something … caused a pensioner in Radom … to be attacked with a morning visit by services and she is harassed with administrative regulations”— A tangible example from the country.

The COVID‑19 pandemic as an operation, not a real pandemic

ok. 15–30 minuta rozmowy

Pospieszalski argues that the pandemic was a "setup" – from the WHO changing the definition of a pandemic, through unreliable PCR tests, to a global strategy prepared by four Gates organizations – and NIK data show there were no excess deaths.

Why this matters: A stance radically contrary to the official narrative; based on the NIK report, Politico investigation, and analyses of scientists such as Dr. Piotr Witczak.

Background

In 2020‑2021, the media reported daily the number of deaths and hospitalizations; Pospieszalski was fired from TVP for allegedly "fueling anti‑vaccine hysteria," although in the program he only showed critical voices.

Pospieszalski emphasizes that NIK showed PLN 20 billion in mismanagement, including PLN 900 million on unnecessary field hospitals and PLN 115 million on campaigns with influencers. He cites data: in 2017, the number of reported flu infections was higher than the total number of COVID‑19 and flu infections in 2020, suggesting that in 2020‑2021 a huge part of positive PCR tests came from flu, not SARS‑CoV‑2. He points out that the WHO changed the definition of a pandemic – instead of the number of deaths per 100,000 inhabitants, a "critical group of infections" tested with a nasal swab at an inflated number of PCR cycles was enough. He refers to a journalistic investigation by Politico (7 months of work), which revealed that the pandemic strategy was developed by four organizations funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation: CEPI, GAVI, Wellcome Trust, and the Gates Foundation itself. He adds that the European Commission negotiated vaccine orders via SMS (including 1.8 billion doses in the last series), and Pfizer concealed side effects. He concludes that there was no real pandemic, and the "death toll" is the result of panic and negligence.

Personal experience

In 2021, he lost the program "Warto rozmawiać" on TVP because after airing an episode about the pandemic, president Jacek Kurski accused him of fueling hysteria; Pospieszalski claims he wanted to dismantle it.

mortality did not increase, that we are not dealing with some terribly virulent virus, that the implemented restrictions and constraints were completely inadequate to what was actually happening with mortality, with the virulence of this disease.

Also said
“in December 2020… change of the pandemic definition… here they gave up. the definition of a pandemic today is a certain critical group of infections, which, mind you, were also checked not on the basis of honest diagnostics… just a damn stick up the nose and you have a reading”— Describes the manipulation of the pandemic definition and testing.
“the entire strategy regarding C19 was prepared much earlier by four organizations… sponsored by Bill Gates”— Points to the alleged source of the WHO global strategy.
“PLN 20 billion mismanaged on fighting the pandemic, PLN 900 million on field hospitals that were completely unnecessary”— Specific amounts from the NIK report.

"Sex correction" procedures as a systemically harmful fake

ok. 60–70 minuta

Describing the stories of Magdalena and the girl from Krakow, Pospieszalski claims that the gender affirmation system ignores traumas, pushes young people into irreversible mutilations, and operates without reliable diagnostics.

Why this matters: Strong case studies of detransitioners – a first‑hand account – and an accusation of the entire medical system of abandoning patient care.

Background

In Poland and the West, the number of people identifying as transgender is growing; standards of care based on the "informed consent" model often do not require a thorough psychological interview before hormonal and surgical interventions.

Pospieszalski describes two cases. The first – Magdalena, who at about 20 experienced sexual violence; without support, she found a forum online and decided that the cause of the drama was her female attractiveness. The system did not examine the trauma: a psychiatrist, sexologist, endocrinologist, and court expert unreflectively confirmed her need for sex change. She underwent a mastectomy, later amputation of organs below the waist, after years in court she regained her female PESEL, but physically she is irreversibly mutilated. The second case is a talented Krakow girl who, during the pandemic, immersed herself in social media, met a trans person preparing her for art exams, and was drawn into the environment. In the clinic, without an environmental interview and contact with the family, her new identity was affirmed. She began social transition, obtained hormones illegally, then prescribed; in the background, a hereditary cancer disease activated. Pospieszalski concludes that medicine "abdicated from caring for the patient," and gender ideology replaced sound science.

Personal experience

He recorded a many‑hour interview with Magdalena; he admits he had tears in his eyes listening to her story.

the reason for her drama… was a traumatic experience of sexual violence she experienced when she was about 20 years old. without support… she decided that her female attractiveness was the cause of this drama… and none of the… psychiatrist, psychologist, sexologist was interested in checking what was happening with her.

Also said
“You call it sex correction. I call it an attempt to change sex, although I say attempt, because actually sex cannot be changed, as it later turned out. And science also shows that it's a fake.”— Fundamental thesis: sex is immutable.
“if a kid came and said they'd like to play a pirate, you wouldn't cut off their hand, you wouldn't insert a hook. Yes. And you wouldn't gouge out their eye, because pirates are usually depicted with one eye and a hook instead of a hand. But you know, but they feel like a pirate.”— A vivid analogy showing the absurdity of not questioning a subjective feeling.

The Hanukkah candelabra in the Sejm as a symbol of a racist sect, not Judaism

ok. 50–55 minuta

Pospieszalski explains that the chanukiah (9‑branched) extinguished by Braun is not a menorah (7‑branched), and under it stood a portrait of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson of Chabad‑Lubavitch – a movement with racist views. That's why Braun called it a racist symbol.

Why this matters: A little‑known religious‑political context that radically changes the interpretation of Braun's gesture and undermines accusations of anti‑Semitism.

Background

In December 2023, MP Grzegorz Braun extinguished the Hanukkah candles lit in the Sejm with a fire extinguisher; the event was widely condemned as an anti‑Semitic act and an attack on religious freedom. Most Poles do not distinguish a chanukiah from a menorah.

Pospieszalski explains the difference: the menorah (7 branches) is a synagogue candelabra associated with temple worship, while the chanukiah (9 branches) commemorates the Maccabean times and has a more historical character, although it is also revered. Under the extinguished candelabra stood a portrait of Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the "Messiah from Brooklyn," leader of the Hasidic group Chabad‑Lubavitch. This movement, according to Pospieszalski, preaches racist views, including the superiority of Jewish souls. And that's why Braun spoke of a "racist symbol." For most Poles, the chanukiah was confused with the menorah, so the act looked like an attack on religion. Pospieszalski states that in the Polish parliament there should be no symbols of any sect, and the state should monitor Chabad's activities.

Under the Hanukkah candelabra, the one extinguished by Grzegorz Braun in the Sejm, stood a portrait of the Messiah from Brooklyn, Menachem Schneerson. … that's why Grzegorz spoke of a racist symbol, because the views of Chabad‑Lubavitch… are strictly racist

Also said
“for most Poles, this hanukiah, confused with the menorah, confused with a synagogue symbol, had a strictly religious aspect”— Shows why the gesture was misunderstood.

J.D. Unwin's research: the collapse of civilizations linked to sexual promiscuity

ok. 65–70 minuta

British anthropologist J.D. Unwin examined 80 pre‑literate cultures and discovered that wherever premarital abstinence and monogamy existed, communities flourished; the disappearance of these norms led to collapse, and the appearance of homosexual relationships – to accelerated degeneration. Unwin was an atheist and the result surprised him.

Why this matters: A non‑obvious scientific argument for traditional sexual morality, coming from a researcher without religious bias.

Background

In the debate on marriage and family, psychological studies are often cited, less often anthropological ones. Pospieszalski cites Unwin as a counterexample to the thesis that the traditional family is a relic.

Joseph Daniel Unwin in the 1930s analyzed 80 pre‑civilization cultures (from Micronesia to the Samoan islands). In his book "Sex and Culture," he described the relationship between sexual regulations and developmental dynamics. He concluded: where premarital chastity and monogamous, faithful marriage were in force, cultures developed and reached a high level of organization. Where these principles were abandoned – they collapsed. Moreover, when same‑sex relationships were allowed in a given culture, degradation occurred much faster. Unwin himself was a declared atheist and admitted that the results surprised him, because he expected confirmation of the Freudian thesis that civilization is a side effect of suppressing drives (and not moral norms). Pospieszalski adds that the real cause of civilization's development is evangelization, but he cites Unwin to show that even without religious assumptions, empiricism points to the beneficence of monogamy.

everywhere where there were some forms of premarital abstinence and monogamous, faithful marriage, such a culture showed much greater developmental dynamics … everywhere where there was a departure from these values, such cultures collapsed. And if same‑sex relationships appeared, such degradation occurred much faster.

Also said
“Joseph Unwin… examined over 80 pre‑civilization cultures… attention, he was an atheist, he wasn't a Christian, and he himself admits that the research results surprised him”— Strengthens credibility – a researcher without a religious agenda.
