EMS Full-Body Workout Session (as experienced)
The session began with a warm-up on an AI bike (2x20-second sprints). Then the trainer wetted the EMS suit for conductivity and placed it on Mike. The machine activated muscle groups sequentially (legs, glutes, upper back, middle back, biceps, chest, abs) while Mike performed movements like squats, arm holds, and cat pose. The intensity was high, causing involuntary contractions and a bicep cramp. The session ended with a muscle relaxation/massage setting to clear lactic acid. Mike found it intense and effective for feeling muscles.
Mike's experience: he found it intense, got a bicep cramp, and felt his glutes strongly. He later had post-session twitching.
All your muscles will go working at the same time. That's the biggest challenge.
