Transmutation of emotions into feelings
Bielak distinguishes emotions (heavy, leaden states according to the Hawkins scale <200) and feelings (light, like gratitude, love, delight). He emphasizes that humanity has fed the mirror with negative emotions for centuries, thus getting stuck in a loop of suffering. The way out is not fighting emotions, but their conscious alchemy. Taking responsibility is key – acknowledging that even if you do not consciously remember what you once did, the event is yours. The moment you take responsibility and instead of escalating anger, you choose gratitude, you stop feeding the egregore and change your fate. Transmutation requires no tools – it happens within, and is confirmed by the improvement of external circumstances.
Emotion is a specific vibration in the body. If we maintain it, we constantly send that signal to the mirror field, which will multiply the reasons for the same emotion (e.g., more reasons for anger). Transforming it into a light feeling changes the transmitted frequency – the field then reflects more joy and harmony. This is an internal alchemical process, analogous to turning lead into gold at the level of consciousness.
After damaging his car, Bielak first felt a wave of anger and resentment, but when he realized the connection to his own deed from a month earlier, he immediately performed transmutation – he transformed anger into gratitude for the lesson given to him. Since then, similar events have not occurred.
The point is, when we feel emotions, to feel it, to realize our responsibility for the event that triggered that emotion in us, and to transmute, i.e., transform the emotion into a feeling here and now.
