Dąbrowski explains that kinesiology is a legitimate science with university departments. He uses it for all his research, including measuring cosmic energy levels. He describes the ring test: make a ring with thumb and index finger, and try to pull it apart while stating a truth (holds) vs. a lie (breaks). He says it's more reliable than pendulums or devices, and once learned, you need no tools. He references David Hawkins and Bradley Nelson as practitioners. He also uses it to test the energy composition of individuals (yin-yang, cosmos, earth percentages).

Dąbrowski describes his team: six guides, a guardian angel (who manages bodily functions), and two ancestral guardians. He assigns specific guides to oversee projects (e.g., producing healing devices). He says that when he sets an intention, his guides clear his schedule, send SMS cancellations, and redirect him. He emphasizes that if a plan gets blocked, it's often because the guides see a better route. He advises to treat every idea as a seed: plant it with intention, water it daily with affirmation, and trust the timing (some seeds take a year). He learned this from Kahuna teachings and his own experience.

He gives the example of people who legally stole elderly people's homes: they could say 'it was legal,' but if they had checked with their heart, they would have felt a block of ice. He says that if everyone learned this, the world would change completely. He also notes that when you make excuses ('everyone else did it'), that's a sign you didn't follow your heart. The heart is the only true compass; it's what the soul uses to evaluate life during the post-death review.

Dąbrowski explains that the amnesia between lives is imperfect; some subconscious patterns leak through. He gives the example of a medieval girl forced into a convent who programmed herself 'I am a child' to avoid adult responsibilities, and today that person emits energy that makes others treat them like a child, lacking respect. He says he can reprogram such patterns. He also describes the regression process: guiding the client back to the womb, to the moment the soul entered (often through the nose), and to the council of elders. He notes that many people discover they've been various genders, sexual orientations, and roles (prostitute, priest, executioner) across incarnations, which helps dissolve judgment.

He shares an anecdote about planting flowers that didn't grow the first year but appeared the next, illustrating that some intentions have their own timing. He emphasizes that if a plan seems blocked, it's often because the guides are redirecting to a better path, and later analysis shows the original path would have been more costly or less beneficial. He advises not to worry when things don't go as planned, trusting the process.

Dąbrowski says that every second child born now is cosmic. They are born with a 'bright gaze' and make eye contact immediately. They cannot be bribed or coerced into evil. He gives examples: a cosmic teenager recoils at the suggestion of military academy; a cosmic child picked up a guitar and played instantly. He warns that practices like extreme fasting are natural for them but dangerous for non-cosmic people. He believes they will eventually outnumber the old-paradigm people and create a world without war.

He explains that when souls incarnate, they choose from several life scenarios, glimpsed as flashes. These pre-selected events appear as déjà vu until around age 40–45, then stop. He observes that people under 45 who try to force major changes often find karma 'catching up' from behind, while those past 45 can change anything without karmic repercussions. He warns that using shortcuts (like his help) during the karmic phase might lead to having to repeat the lesson. He likens it to figure skating: compulsory figures first, then free skating. He also notes that saints often had a dark past and then transformed after their karmic period, which is the ideal.

He explains that using kinesiology, he measures four parameters: yin-yang, cosmos element, earth element. In normal people, yin-yang dominates at 80–90%. In cosmic children, the cosmos element is over 90%, sometimes 94–96%. Jesus was 100%, Sai Baba 99%. These children are born with immediate eye contact, often have gifts like speaking cosmic languages, musical genius, photographic memory, clairvoyance, healing. They are extremely sensitive to injustice and cannot be forced into violence. He estimates every second child born now in Poland is such a soul. He believes they will morally cleanse Earth within decades, as they will not participate in war or corruption. He also warns that practices like extreme fasting can be dangerous for non-cosmic people, as cosmic individuals can live on light (breatharianism).

He describes that after death, you appear before a council of elders (rada starszych) where there is no punishment, only a review. They don't reproach you but remind you of your actions. The greatest suffering is shame, because you realize you'll have to repeat the lesson. He emphasizes that it's always done with humor and lightness, not severity. He says that if you didn't change after your karmic period, the shame is total. He also notes that the process is not a film but a simultaneous vision of your entire life, from which you instantly grasp what was valuable.

He describes that after a decade of self-work, he was awakened at 2 a.m. by Jesus, who spoke to him not from a divine level but as a peer. He heard and saw telepathically. He initially resisted, wanting to sleep, but Jesus insisted. This experience gave him unshakable knowledge of his own power and the reality of the spiritual realm. Since then, he communicates daily with Jesus and other beings. He later introduced Buddha, who he says is a handsome, witty playboy, contrary to statues. He emphasizes that the spiritual world is much more joyful and relaxed than earthly religious seriousness.

He guides clients in regression to the moment before the soul entered, then to the integration. They describe a light appearing, then the soul entering through the nose, with the soul crying out that it's tight. He notes that some souls enter and then leave because the suffering is too great, and another soul will take its place. He says there is a queue of souls waiting to incarnate, so no one is born without a soul. This process is consistent with what he's seen in many regressions.
