Working with hypnosis and the subconscious (with Paweł from Inner War Saga)
Andrejczyk found Paweł after a period of complete confusion in Finland – she felt no emotions, did not recognize herself. She started listening to a lot of podcasts and reading until she came across Inner War Saga. Despite internal resistance ('what kind of ideas, some hypnosis?'), the first session changed her perspective. She describes it not as pendulum swinging, but as controlled relaxation and work with body and mind. She understood that what she was experiencing was the effect of accumulated programs, not her identity. Hypnosis also helped her accept injuries – she stopped being so afraid for her shoulder, which paradoxically reduced the risk of further injuries, because emotional tension stopped tightening her muscles. She emphasizes that Paweł did not pretend to be all-knowing and could admit his mistakes, which gave her a sense of partnership, not another authoritarian coach. When she noticed she was heading towards social isolation and focusing only on herself, she deliberately ended the collaboration to regain balance.
Hypnosis as she experienced it is based on bringing the brain into a state of deep relaxation (similar to mindfulness), which enables access to subconscious patterns. Evoking difficult emotions in a safe space allows for their desensitization and working through. Additionally, repeating positive suggestions builds new neural connections, strengthening self-esteem and belief in one's own abilities ('self-confidence, a bit of cockiness').
She says: 'after the first session, already during it, I realized that damn, I know this, I used to do such things'. After ending the collaboration, she feels gratitude and calls that stage 'great fun', but emphasizes she is no longer in it – she is looking for something else.
thanks to Paweł I started to learn what is wrong What makes me unable to find myself What makes me unable to develop What makes something hold me back somewhere
