Magnesium for OMAD Sleep Support
Magnesium acts as a GABA agonist and NMDA antagonist, reducing neural excitability. It also supports melatonin synthesis and relaxes muscles. The speaker recommends malate for energy support or glycinate for enhanced sleep, both more bioavailable than oxide.
I would recommend 4 to 500 millig of magnesium if you can in the form of magnesium malate or glycinate to help you sleep.
