Reduce EMF Exposure from Devices
Brecka cites a study showing laptops emit EMFs 49.8% above safety limits and chargers 483% above. He explains that these invisible currents penetrate deeply into the body, and the resulting oxidative stress overwhelms natural defenses. He emphasizes that the term 'laptop' is misleading—they are not safe on the lap. He personally advises clients to keep charging devices away from the nightstand. The protocol includes using wired headphones to distance the phone from the head, turning off Wi-Fi at night to reduce ambient exposure, and never placing a laptop directly on the body.
EMFs increase production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) that attack DNA, proteins, and lipids, causing oxidative stress. They also interfere with antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase and catalase, weakening the body's defense against free radicals, which can lead to chronic inflammation, accelerated aging, and increased risk of neurological disorders, heart disease, reproductive issues, and cancer.
This is why I always tell my clients not to plug these in next to your nightstand at your bed at night.
Despite their names, laptops and phones are not safe to use directly on your lap or your body.
