Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. We delete all your data (chats, bookmarks, profile) within 30 days, per GDPR. The action is irreversible.

Go to Settings → Account → Email. Enter the new address — we'll send verification links to both the old and new email. The change takes effect after you tap both links.

The War Room is where you compare expert positions on a single topic. Type a question (e.g. "creatine before or after workout?") and we show different experts' takes side by side, with sources. Available on Pro.

Every protocol comes from publicly available expert content — podcasts, articles, books, papers. Each protocol links back to its source (recording or publication). This is not medical advice — check with a clinician before adopting anything.

No. UNFUCG is a tool for navigating expert opinions — it aggregates publicly available content. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription. Consult a clinician before changing diet, supplementation, or training.

Tap the bookmark icon on any protocol, quote, or recommendation to save it. Find them again in the Saved tab. They work offline once you've opened them once.

Experts disagree — and that's important signal. We surface contradictions (e.g. "Huberman: coffee 90 min after waking" vs. "Attia: coffee right after waking") together with sources, so you can judge for yourself.

Yes. Open the Experts tab, tap an expert, and hit Follow. New episodes, protocols, and contradictions from followed experts will show up in your notifications.

We store data in Supabase (EU region, encryption at rest) and only transmit over HTTPS. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. We only access what's needed to run the app — full policy at unfucg.com/privacy.

Only you. Chats are encrypted in the database and only visible from your account. UNFUCG engineers access chats only if you file a bug report and explicitly consent to review.

No. We use Anthropic Claude and OpenAI with the "no training" option — models are not fine-tuned on your conversations. Full processor list at unfucg.com/privacy.

Go to Settings → Account → Export data. We generate a JSON bundle with your profile, bookmarks, notes, and chats — the download link is emailed within 24 hours.

Partially. Bookmarks and recently opened protocols work offline. Feed, AI chat, and search require internet. If you lose connection mid-use, we restore the last view when you're back online.
