Terms of Service

1. Who we are
unfucg is a software service operated by VerbiteAI. Using the Service creates a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. Do not create accounts for others without their explicit consent.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hi@unfucg.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Not medical advice
The Service is an informational and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information presented — including from third-party experts — is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Your content
You own the health data, notes, and measurements you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service. We will not sell it, use it to train AI models, or share it with advertisers.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping or automated access outside our documented APIs.
- No reverse-engineering, probing, or attacking the Service.
- No impersonating others or uploading someone else's health data without consent.
- No illegal activity or content.
7. Paid plans
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when reasonable. We are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure, third-party outages (Supabase, wearable partners), or your own actions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including health-related outcomes.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with notice where practical.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the courts of Warsaw, unless consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
12. Changes
Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
