Purchaser Terms

By starting a paid Subscription — by clicking Subscribe & pay, Become a Founding Member, or any equivalent button — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and that you accept these Purchaser Terms.

If you do not accept these terms, do not subscribe. Free use of unfucg without a paid Subscription is governed only by the general Terms of Service.

The current paid Subscriptions are:

• Pro — $12 per month during early access. Includes more AI usage, full access to expert briefs and protocols, advanced search, unlimited bookmarks, the weekly protocol digest, and priority access during beta.
• Founding Member — $99 per year, billed annually. Includes everything in Pro plus early access to Personal features, Founding Member status, and a price locked for the lifetime of the Subscription as long as it remains active and uninterrupted.
• Personal — from $49 per month, currently waitlist only. Will include everything in Pro plus a personal health profile, wearable personalization, bloodwork insights, 4-week protocols, and advanced personalization features. Launches publicly in 2026 Q3.

Feature lists shown on /pricing and /premium_sign_up are the authoritative description of what is included. We may add features to any Subscription without notice; we will give you reasonable notice (at least 30 days) before removing or materially reducing a listed feature.

We process payments through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also accept Stripe's terms for end users.

Your initial charge is collected immediately when you complete checkout. The amount, currency, and cycle are shown to you on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm.

You agree that the payment method you provide can be charged for recurring renewals (see Section 4), one-time price corrections (see Section 7), and any applicable taxes (see Section 8).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle — monthly for Pro and Personal monthly, yearly for Founding Member and Personal yearly — until you cancel.

We charge the payment method on file on the renewal date. If the charge fails we may retry over several days; if it continues to fail your Subscription will be marked past due and access to paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from /settings/billing — click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal, then Cancel plan. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid access through that date.

You can also cancel by emailing support@unfucg.com from the email address associated with your account. We confirm cancellations within two business days.

Founding Member Subscriptions: cancelling and resubscribing later ends the price lock — a fresh Founding Member purchase at that point is at the then-current price (which may be higher), if the tier is still offered at all.

Paid charges are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for EU/EEA consumers, this includes the 14-day right of withdrawal — see below) or where we agree to refund at our discretion.

EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal right. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the initial charge for any reason, by contacting support@unfucg.com. By starting to use any paid feature during this 14-day window you consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal window expires and waive the right to a refund for the portion of the billing period already consumed.

If a renewal charge is processed in error (for example, a cancelled Subscription that we failed to honor), contact us and we will refund the renewal.

We may change the price of Pro or Personal Subscriptions for future renewals. We will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) by email and through the app, with the new price taking effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price applies if you don't want to keep the Subscription at the new rate.

Founding Member price lock. If you are a Founding Member and keep your Subscription active without interruption, your renewal price stays at the rate you signed up for, even if we raise the public price for new Founding Members in the future. The price lock ends if your Subscription is cancelled, lapses for non-payment, or otherwise ends.

Prices shown on /pricing and /premium_sign_up are exclusive of applicable taxes. We collect VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar consumption taxes where required by law, based on your billing country. The tax amount is shown to you on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm.

We may suspend or terminate any Subscription if you violate our general Terms of Service, abuse the service (for example, automated scraping or sharing your account), or if we are required to do so by law. If we terminate a Subscription for cause we are not required to refund the remaining portion of the period.

We may update these Purchaser Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email and through the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of a paid Subscription after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you don't accept them, cancel before the effective date.

These Purchaser Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
